Themis Chryssidis is an APD, business owner, author, cook and regular media contributor. In 2011, he co-founded the highly regarded Sprout Cooking School and Health Studio, Sprout Catering and Sprout Training (RTO) and recent ventures include Dietary Hawk, a dietary requirement training program for food services, and restaurants Lou's Place Barossa Valley and Eleven Restaurant and Bar. Themis loves all things nutrition, health, food and culture with his extensive experience working with the media and coordinating and promoting 1000's of events over ten years he is perfectly positioned to lead our 'How to Host a Community Event' webinar.
