Speaker:

Ebony McCorkell adopted a plant-based diet in early childhood and went on to train as a chef at the William Angliss Institute before becoming an APD. Early in her career she established her own private practice focused around thriving on a plant-based diet at all life stages. She has designed and delivered several workshops to youth animal rights groups, university societies, social collectives, and aged care. Outside of person-facing work, Ebony has collaborated with an international app developer to successfully launch the vegan branch of a label scanning app in Australia, and worked with one of Australia's most influential animal rights groups to create a 146 page recipe ebook and supportive vegan meal planner. Ebony believes in supporting people to live in alignment with their values, whatever they may be, and loves nothing more than being there to empower someone on their journey.
