Advocacy Insights: Nourishing mind, body and brain

Despite growing evidence during the current mental health crisis suggesting that nutrition intervention can help manage, prevent and treat common mental illnesses, Accredited Practising Dietitians (APDs) are largely underutilised. Our 2024 Dietitians Week call ‘Nourishing mind, body and brain’ is our mission to put APDs on Australia’s mental health agenda.

Attend this Advocacy Insights session for more insight about the impact we can have on mental health as nutrition experts. This webinar will inspire and prompt attendees to apply action, advocacy, allyship and activism to support our nutrition and mental health call during Dietitians Week. This webinar is brought to you by the Dietitians Australia Education Centre, the Dietitians Australia Policy and Advocacy Team, and the Dietitians Australia Marketing team (2024).
