About Me

I've been helping people get healthier and stay healthier on plant-based eating patterns since 1992. Whether you're just thinking of trying to eat more plant-based foods or a long-term vegan or vegetarian, I can help you: I provide practical, evidence-based advice on ensuring your nutrient needs are met, meal-planning and adopting a sustainable eating pattern to help optimise your health and manage any health conditions. A vegan myself, I raised my two (now grownup) "kids" on a vegan diet and have decades of experience in helping people eat well through pregnancy, lactation, weaning, childhood, adolescence and throughout adulthood. I'd love to help you! My PhD was in the area of vitamin B12 and women of reproductive age on a vegan diet. I have a postgraduate certificate in paediatric nutrition and dietetics and am a Fellow of the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine and an accredited Complete Health Improvement Programme (CHIP) facilitator.
