Speakers:

Dr. Flavia Fayet-Moore leads a team of highly skilled researchers and communicators to conduct end to end nutrition and science translation projects. Flavia obtained her Honours Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Toronto, and both her Master of Nutrition and Dietetics and PhD in Nutrition from the University of Sydney. She is a member of the Nutrition Society of Australia, the Dietitians Association of Australia, a founding board member and fellow of the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine. Flavia is passionate about improving the health of Australians, especially among children and adolescents, through research that has impact.

Keanne Langston is a clinical Dietitian at Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service, working in areas of Renal and Rehabilitation Dietetics. She completed her Honours research project at Griffith University, evaluating the long-term benefits of secondary-prevention dietitian-led multidisciplinary lifestyle intervention in hospital outpatient settings for high-risk patients of all BMI classes.

Dr. Lynda Ross is a Senior Lecturer at Queensland University of Technology and Honorary Fellow at the Royal Brisbane Hospital. Her research interests are in dietary interventions for the prevention and management of chronic disease risk.

Greta Hollis is an Advanced Accredited Practising Dietitian and has recently completed a Master of Philosophy at the University of Queensland. She has worked as a dietitian for over 15 years in various locations throughout Australia, including South Australia, Northern Territory and Queensland. Greta has found her passion in critical care and surgical dietetics, and is working in Intensive Care at the Prince Charles Hospital. Greta is interested in further service development and research to improve patient and healthcare outcomes.
