APDs are the best people to see to receive dietary advice, however unfortunately, we're often not as au fait with businesses as we are with nutrition. APD Melanie McGrice is passionate about helping other dietitians grow their businesses, particularly in the Early Life Nutrition space.
In this training, Melanie will delve into 5 key strategies for successfully growing a dietetic practice, including:
1. Knowing your why
2. Vision casting
3. Defining your audience
4. Knowing your numbers
5. Being accountable
Melanie McGrice is passionate about Early Life Nutrition and is on a mission to change the culture so that every couple has at least one dietitian consultation when they are trying to conceive or are pregnant. She has significant experience in growing and managing a practice (both 'brick and mortar' and virtual), as well as in assisting other dietitians to grow their practices. Melanie ran a practice as a sole trader for 7 years, then grew to a company employing up to fifteen other dietitians for over ten years, and now coaches dietitians in business development worldwide.
