Psychology of Eating, Weight and Body Image

The Centre for Advanced Learning (CAL) is excited to bring you the 'Psychology of Eating, Weight and Body Image' evergreen course. 

Psychology plays an important role both in minimizing risks and enhancing long-term outcomes through the application of evidence-based principles and techniques. While providing research, theory, and application of skills within the scope of dietetics, this course will also ensure an understanding of professional boundaries and scope as a dietitian, assist in understanding the evidence, and aide in collaborative professional relationships with psychologists, particularly around appropriate referrals. 

Audience: Recent graduates in Dietetics (Bachelor or master's level), Dietitians or Registered Psychologists 

Access to the course: New registrants will be uploaded to the Learning Management System (LMS) within one week of registering online. To access the LMS click here. Once you have been uploaded to the LMS you will have on-going access to the course and associated materials.

CPD Logs: You will need to manually update your CPD hours for this course. This online course is worth 13 CPD hours.

Certificate: Upon completion of the course, you will be able to download your certificate from the LMS.
