About the class: The heart of using bush tucker produce is in the preparation techniques, which will be shared by Aunty Dale Chapman, who will guide you through the process of creating delicious wild meals using Australian native ingredients and native spices. 

What's on the Menu: Myrtle Duo Damper, Peppered Black Dukkah, Wild Grain Salad (with your choice of chicken, emu, kangaroo, beef, lamb, tempeh or tofu) and Native tea, all featuring delicious Australian native ingredients.

Aunty Dale Chapman is a Kooma, Yuwaalaraay woman from western Queensland. Regarded as a leader in her field, Aunty Dale is the founder of My Dilly Bac, a celebrated and award-winning chef, cookbook author, public speaker, television personality, YouTuber and lecturer. Active in Aboriginal affairs, Aunty Dale is a member of the Queensland Indigenous Chamber of Commerce, Slow Food International and Director of Stepping Black Indigenous Australia.
