Semaglutide for Client Weight Management

Pharmacotherapy for weight management has been a hot topic recently with semaglutide making its way onto the market and into the media. This is a fantastic opportunity for APDs to gain insight into how we can work closely with GPs to support and advocate for our clients.

This 1-hour webinar will focus on the role dietitians play in the multi-disciplinary care of clients where semaglutide may be useful for health management.  From pre-prescription risk assessment to nutritional management and behaviour change support throughout and beyond the use of medications.

This webinar is brought to you by the Health Behaviour and Weight Management Interest Group (2024).
