Following this session, dietitians will be better able to identify why complaints are received, what can be done to reduce the likelihood of complaints and how to deal with any complaints which are received.
Speaker:
Christie Boucher (Risk Services Manager, Guild Insurance) has 25 years experience as an educator having started her career as a secondary school health and physical education teacher. For more than 15 years Christie’s career has been focused on developing risk management education resources and programs for various professionals. Christie has a keen interest in the role education can play in managing risk by raising awareness and changing behaviour.
