Session 1:  From Idea to Income – Foundations of Private Practice (9am – 10:30am)

Session 2: Smarter Practice – Systems, Tech & AI (10:40am – 12:10pm)

Speaker: Robbie Clark (Facilitated by Jodie Sheraton)
- Designing an efficient private practice through streamlined workflows and real-world case examples
- Maximising the value of practice management systems to improve efficiency and reduce administrative load
- Applying AI in practice to support administrative tasks and enhance clinical workflows
- Navigating ethical considerations, data privacy, and professional boundaries in digital practice
- Q&A and panel discussion

 

Speakers:

Chris Hughes is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with 16 years experience across both hospital and private practice settings. He has founded and grown two multi-clinician dietetic businesses and is passionate about making nutrition care accessible and practical. Chris has also developed innovative meal planning software used by health professionals called MEALZEE, and authored The Tweaking Diet. He now focuses on delivering simple, sustainable nutrition strategies that support long-term behaviour change and improved health outcomes.

Racha Slim is the Director and Principal Dietitian at NutriBlooms with over 15 years' of experience, a multi-site private practice in Melbourne. An Accredited Practising Dietitian, she has successfully grown her business from a solo practitioner to a thriving team across multiple clinics. Racha brings practical, real-world insights into building, scaling, and sustaining a private practice, with a strong focus on systems, team growth, and financial viability. She is passionate about helping dietitians confidently navigate the transition into private practice and avoid common pitfalls. 

Robbie Clark is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Exercise Scientist with over 17 years’ experience across clinical, corporate, and private practice settings. He is the Co-founder and Director of HealthBank.io, a clinical intelligence and practice management platform transforming healthcare delivery. Robbie’s multidisciplinary background has shaped his deep understanding of practitioner challenges and the role of technology in improving care. A recognised digital health advocate, educator, and speaker, he focuses on AI-driven innovation, helping practitioners streamline workflows, enhance patient outcomes, and integrate digital tools into modern healthcare.

This event may be worth 5 CPD hours if the activity aligns with your CPD learning goals. Member CPD logs will be updated automatically in the days following the event. 

There are 2 hours of independent online course work in addition to 3 hours of learning at the event. Online course work will be available for registrants through the Learning Portal.

Registrations will close at 11:59pm on 13 May 2026. Webinar access details will be sent out via email on 14 May 2026. The session recording will be emailed to registrants within 2-4 business days of the live event. 

Registrant access to the summit materials on the Learning Portal will begin on 8 May 2026 for those who have registered prior to 8 May 2026. For those who register after 8 May 2026, Learning Portal access will be granted within 1-2 days of registering.
