Joel Feren is a media dietitian, recipe developer and nutrition consultant. His specialty is in nutrition communications, and he regularly consults with the food industry to help brands implement nutrition into their marketing strategies.

Lisa Yates is an Advanced Accredited Practising Dietitian and Fellow of Dietitians Australia. She has had a varied career over the last 25 years including working in clinical dietetics, private practice, industry consulting, marketing and communications, and currently working in food policy at the NSW Ministry of Health. Lisa is also an active professional volunteer for Dietitians Australia - volunteering in some capacity every year since she joined from starting as the PR Liaison Assistant on the Dietitians Australia NSW Branch to a former Director of the Dietitians Australia Board. Lisa encourages everyone to give a little back to the profession we all love so much.

Melise Songur is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, working in the field of corporate nutrition. Melise holds a Bachelor of Nutrition Science and Master of Dietetics, and has worked in food service and food manufacturing businesses. She is a passionate foodie, that is interested in food innovation and nutrition science.
