Speakers:

Dr Stephanie Pirotta is an APD and adjunct research fellow at Monash University, Melbourne, Australia. Her PhD informed the development of a PCOS community based lifestyle program. Now her work focuses on women's health lifestyle management, with particular interest areas in PCOS, infertility and chronic pelvic pain. Alongside her research, Steph works clinically, being the founder and lead dietitian at Womanly Nutrition and Dietetics where she translates the latest nutrition and other lifestyle recommendations into clinical care for women experiencing a range of conditions such as PCOS, chronic pelvic pain, endometriosis/adenomyosis and more. Steph is also an accredited Eating Disorder dietitian and finds working in this space extremely rewarding.

Sharnie Dwyer is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and PhD candidate. Her clinical practice covers all aspects of women's health and fertility while her doctoral research focuses on the role of dietitians in endometriosis care and evidence-based dietary strategies to support symptom management. Sharnie is passionate about delivering holistic, patient-centred care, integrating clinical experience with emerging research to improve patient outcomes.

Lorna Berry lives with PCOS and continues to navigate the challenges of weight stigma and diet culture, this challenge has been a theme from childhood. Drawing on her personal experience, she has become an advocate for women with PCOS, challenging harmful stereotypes and promoting a more compassionate, evidence-based approach to care. For over 20 years, Lorna has been involved in PCOS guideline development, working with in a global team, alongside healthcare professionals, researchers, and women with lived experience to ensure their voices are heard and their needs are prioritised.
